Finally in America What Next?

Okay, so you finally made it to the United States and you are trying to decide what it is you are going to do.  That depends on a couple of things. These things include if you made it to the states illegally, if you have a work permit, applying for citizenship, approved for a lottery, or more.  Employment needs to come first but you may need to take care of your status first.

If you came to the United States illegally by crossing the borders and paid a coyote to get you there then you may be in a weird position.  The only way to get your work permit and become a citizen is to have a baby in the country or marry a citizen.  Keep in mind that if you are caught in the United States illegally and you are transported back to Mexico or whichever country you came from then you will lose all of your chances of ever becoming a citizen.  If you had dreams of a wonderful Christmas in the mountains with the white Christmas trees it will never happen if you are in the states illegally.

If you are in the United States and you have had a baby or you have married a citizen then you need to acquire some type of documentation that makes you legal.  First, if you were married then your marriage certificate will work at the social security department to get you a social security number.  This will give you new credit so you can buy a home, a car, and establish credit if you want to start your own business.  You will also need to acquire a work permit.  A work permit will allow you to work in the United States until your approval comes through with the government.  This way you can find seasonal work selling prelit Christmas trees and other decorated Christmas trees or even full time employment.

If you were approved for citizenship through a lottery or because you followed the process and applied to become a citizen while you were in another country then you have a lot to do.  You are already approved to become a citizen.  You need to get to work.  One thing to keep in mind is that in America you are allowed to work wherever you want and do whatever you want.  If you want to start your own business then you have the freedom to do so.  If you want to obtain a higher education then you have the freedom to acquire a degree also.  The government will even loan you the money to get a degree too.

Keep in mind that the government will judge their decision on letting you become a citizen on if you contribute to the economy and work a full time job.  If you break the law, you will be revoked as a citizen, sent back to your originating country, and never allowed to return again.  The best way to come to the United States is the legal way.  Getting a job and a home should be your top priorities.

Job Options as an American Citizen

One of the best things about being an American is that you can work the job and have the career you choose to. No one will tell you what type of job you can have.  You can enjoy the benefits of a minimum wage, working where you want to, owning your own business, and much more.

The United States will never force their citizens to work in any job they don’t want to. They do not raise their citizens from children with guns and prepare them to be soldiers.  Being a soldier is an option to adults if they want to or not.  No one is forced to be in any career that they do not want to.  The military is an option and the government doesn’t breed soldiers as some other countries force upon people.

One of the biggest benefits of employment in the United States is the minimum wage offering that the government has in place.  This is the minimum that an employer is required to pay anyone who is employed for them.  States vary and in some states the minimum wage is up to over $9 an hour while it is around an average of $6 an hour in most states.  The wages do rise as the cost of living increases also. Some countries like Mexico or India may work someone for a month and only pay them what an American would make in just a couple of hours.  The pay is one of the biggest benefits.

You can work wherever you want to when you live in the United States.  It is your choice for the career you want to have.  If you want to sell artificial Christmas trees for a company then you can.  If you would like to put the lights up on the lighted palm trees that is an option too.  You can sell Christmas trees or do anything that you want to do when you live in America.

Americans also have the opportunity to own their own business if they want to.  There is not an education requirement to own your own business.  Many big business owners that are very rich and successful have no education and never even earned their high school diploma.  When you open your own business the government will not tell you what kind of business you can have.  You can even start your own company at home on the Internet if you would like to.  That doesn’t even require a business license.

When you become a citizen of the United States you have the freedom of employment.  This means that you and your children will not be forced into the military or carry guns if you do not want to.  You can own your own business, sell trees, and work in a restaurant or anything else you want to do.  No one will ever force you into a career if you do not want to do it.  There are also many companies and places that will help you find work that will not charge you anything also.  They will help you find a job that is exactly what you want to do.

Reputable Job for Immigrants

When you are waiting for your response from INS if they will accept you as a citizen into the United States you are required to have a reputable job. Your actions mean everything during this period.

A job is everything during the period you are waiting for the immigration office to approve you as an American. You will need to find something and stick with it. You can work as an Online marketing consultant for a web design company. This is only one of many jobs in the United States that will allow you to work from home and make a lot of money. You can have the freedom to work the hours you want to and your income potential can be unlimited. You can also enjoy the freedom of opening your own business if you want to.

Owning your own business may have a few downsides when you are trying to become a citizen of the country. When the workers come and ask you about your job you will have to prove what you are doing. You may not have references or paychecks to provide proof of your business. If all you have are deposits into your bank account then your job may look illegal. In addition, your income may not be considered verifiable income which will make it hard for you to buy a home, car, or anything else you want.

The immigration office may also consider a job working at home for an online business something you can do in any country. This is because you don’t need to live in the United States to have this type of opportunity. You can do it in any country, anywhere around the world. There is no reason for a status as an American. If you establish yourself in a business or company that you physically have to drive into everyday then it won’t be viewed this way.

In addition to a good job and employment, your actions in the public are a big factor when you are waiting for approval of becoming a citizen. If you break the law you may be deported. It will usually depend on what it is you did. The severity of the crime may send you right back to your country. One thing to keep in mind is that if you are deported back to your country then you will never be able to come back and reapply. You will never be reconsidered by the immigration office. Your actions mean everything and you will need to live a good life and behave yourself.

When you are waiting for the INS office to consider your status in America then you must think about doing the right thing. The opportunities are astounding and you can immediately begin taking advantage of them as soon as you get to the country. You should find a good job with a reputable company. You must not break the law or be deported for any reason. If you should, you will ruin all of your chances.

Why Becoming a US Citizen is so Important

There are millions of people around the world that would give anything to become a United States citizen. There are tons of reasons why. Many of the reasons include freedom, high pay, and opportunity.

Citizenship in America is so important to many people because of freedom. Americans have the right to choose which religion they want to practice. They can practice their religion freely without the fear of being beheaded or put in jail. In China, you can be put to death for sharing Christianity with other Chinese. Many Christian missionaries won’t go to China because of this fear.

Jobs are abundant in the US also. People can work any job and make a lot of money compared to the pay in other countries. For example, in Mexico it is common for a person to make $2 USD a day for 10 to 12 hours of work. This is good money if you are not considered too old to work. Many countries won’t hire you once you reach a certain age and they don’t have retirement plans either. You can even start up your own chain of jewelry stores and you don’t have to be rich to do it.

Education is available to everyone and it is free. Many countries around the world don’t let people get an education unless they have a lot of money. Some countries don’t allow girls to go to school. The United States practically gives money away for school. In addition, they are also considering letting illegal immigrants go to school and get a college education for free. Everyone has a right to an education in the great land of the free.

Thousands of people sneak into the country every year and end up on becoming citizens once they make it into the country. If you are wondering how to become a US citizen there are many ways you can do it. You can marry an American. You can sneak across the border like the Mexicans do or you can go through the process legally.

All you have to do is go down to the immigration office and apply for temporary citizenship and get an immediate work permit. This will allow you to begin taking advantage of the many benefits America offers to the true citizens of the nation while you wait. You can then live a good life. If you cannot get a temporary permit to come to the US it is easy to illegally sneak in and apply once you are in.

Becoming a citizen of the United States is a really big deal to people all over the world. This is because the people are not starving, education is free, and there is a lot of money to be made. Technology is overwhelming and there is true opportunity in the US. There are many ways to come to the country and ask for full-time status. The US is overwhelming with illegal immigrants and they are giving in to more people than they are deporting them.
